If you did not receive an email with your order confirmation details, please take the following quick steps to be sure you are receiving notifications from Early Moments:
- Check your junk or spam folder in your email inbox, and make sure @earlymoments is added to your "safe senders" list so you continue to receive emails from us.
- Sign into your account dashboard using the email address you used to purchase, and tap First Time Login or Forgot Password to have a password sent to your email. Once you've logged in, tap the small "Notifications" bell at the top right of the dashboard view to see all emails we've sent you so far, including your order confirmation. If you are unable to sign into the dashboard using your email address, it is possible your order did not process with us fully, and that is why you did not receive a confirmation email.
