- Visit your account dashboard.
- Log in using your email address. If you have forgotten your password or you have not logged in before, please tap "Forgot password?" and a temporary password will be emailed to you.
- Use your password to log in.
- Tap the logo for the subscription under Manage Subscriptions.
- In the top section on the Manage Your Subscriptions page, tap View next to Past Shipments.
6. Tap the tracking number or delivery status under any package to see its shipment status.
