You can make changes to your subscription at any time, including setting a fixed charge date on your shipments.
- Visit your account dashboard.
- Log in using your email address. If you have forgotten your password or you have not logged in before, please tap "Forgot password?" and a temporary password will be emailed to you.
- Use your password to log in.
- Tap the logo for the subscription under Manage Subscriptions.
- Scroll to Subscription Options.
- Select from a calendar day of the month under Add Fixed Charge Date and tap Update. Note, changing your fixed charge date may adjust your shipment frequency if you were previously receiving shipments more or less often than once per calendar month.
- You will be charged on the selected day of the month, going forward.
