You can make changes to your subscription at any time, including changing the frequency of your shipments to make the subscription work for your family.
- Visit your account dashboard.
- Log in using your email address. If you have forgotten your password or you have not logged in before, please tap "Forgot password?" and a temporary password will be emailed to you.
- Use your password to log in.
- Tap the logo for the subscription under Manage Subscriptions.
- Scroll to Subscription Options.
- Select from the Shipment Frequency options under Time Between Shipments and tap Update.
- Your subscription shipment frequency will be updated, effective with your next shipment.
