You can make changes to your subscription at any time, including initiating a PAUSE on your shipments.
- Visit your account dashboard.
- Log in using your email address. If you have forgotten your password or you have not logged in before, please tap "Forgot password?" and a temporary password will be emailed to you.
- Use your password to log in.
- Tap the logo for the subscription under Manage Subscriptions.
- Scroll to Subscription Options.
- Select from the Pause Length options under Pause Shipments and tap Update.
- Your subscription shipments will be paused and an email will be sent as a reminder when your shipments are set to resume.
